The Provincial Chapter has primarily the role of expressing the needs, the hopes and the accomplishments of the Province and of suggesting orientations capable of assuring its development."  It generally exercises a consultative role, but can be deliberative.1 The Provincial Chapter, convoked by the Provincial, meets at least once a year or more.2 The collection includes meeting minutes and supplemental materials, such as agendas, handouts, liturgy booklets, reports and notes.
