Scope and Contents

"The Provincial Council is an organization which assists the Provincial Superior in the government of the Province.  It is composed of the Provincial Superior and a determined number of Provincial Councilors, one of whom is the Assistant Provincial....The Provincial Councilors assist the Provincial Superior in the exercise of his pastoral service of authority of the either a deliberative or consultative capacity."1  Currently the Provincial Council holds meetings on a monthly basis. The collection includes meeting minutes and supplements, such as agenda, prayers, handouts, reports and correspondence.
