Novitiate Logs

 Collection — Multiple Containers
Identifier: US-PV-Prov Off-Logs-##24k
Scope and Contents

The Novitiate logbooks are the daily journaling of the novices to record what happened at the house.  They are hand-written by various novices and not usually signed to identify the scribe.  In some logs, at the front of the book, the scribes are listed with dates they wrote. Many of the logbooks are very fragile and brittle.  Pages are coming out and the spines are broken.  Handle with care.
