"In 1942. Cardinal Stritch, Archbishop of Chicago, entrusted the administration of the Ste. Anne Parish to the congregation of the Clerics of St. Viator, a religious congregation of priests and brothers. The first Viatorian priest assigned to Ste. Anne was Father A.J. Landroche, C.S.V."
