Scope and Contents

"The Provincial Council is an organization which assists the Provincial Superior in the government of the Province.  It is composed of the Provincial Superior and a determined number of Provincial Councilors, one of whom is the Assistant Provincial....The Provincial Councilors assist the Provincial Superior in the exercise of his pastoral service of authority of the Province....in either a deliberative or consultative capacity."1  Currently the Provincial Council holds meetings on a monthly basis. The collection includes meeting minutes and supplements, such as agenda, prayers, handouts, reports and correspondence.
