Scope and Contents
A program of visits by the Provincial Council to every community and group in the Province was established in 1974. Each visit includes meetings to discuss various topics concerning the local community. The visitation records continue through January of 1977. In October 1978, a list of community life goals was produced. The collection records include the planning of the visits, correspondence, agenda and meeting summary reports. From 1964-1968, there are a few reports reports of visitations to various sites and religious confreres.
